The newest release of Sage Intacct Construction 2025 is here! This release has several new updates for improved efficiency and streamlined processes that we know you'll want to take advantage of. It also includes some improvements to Sage Construction Management, Sage Intacct Real Estate, Sage Intacct Paperless, and Sage Field Operations. Read some of the highlights below:

Construction Module

Summary Billing Details Tab: The time and materials invoice has been updated with new fields (including dimensions in the original expense line that was billed on the invoice and dimensions from the project contract line associated with the expense), and the layout is now customizable.

Time and Expenses Page: The page layout is now customizable, and a time type field has been added to the timesheet expense page to improve the detail and flexibility of timesheet entries.

Project Configuration: There are new display options on the "Configure Projects" page that allow you to select what appears on the project. These options now include a choice to enable: resources and billing, tasks, estimates, purchasing commitments, change management, project contracts, project invoices, and project summary.

Tracking Secondary Vendors: You can now enter secondary vendors directly on your primary documents. These secondary vendors will appear on the Joint Payees tab in Accounts Payable (AP) Bills, allowing you to process joint payments efficiently.

Enhancements in Work In Progress (WIP) Management: The following fields have been created in the WIP schedules: Prior period WIP schedule, YTD costs, Period billings, Period costs, Period earned profit, Period earnings, Project begin and end date.

Real estate Module

Import New Charge Amounts: You can now import recurring charge amounts, making it faster to add new charge amounts to existing recurring charges for existing leases. This is especially beneficial when starting a new period, during which new charge amounts are typically added to all leases.

Generate Tenant Statements: Generate tenant statements and send them to tenants, ensuring that they are informed of their balances.

Sage Construction Management (SCM)

Accounting Link with Sage Intacct (SIC): Contract Items can be created using cost code division or major. SIC cost codes can be added to SCM cost codes when importing ERP job to date costs. Company Code and Employee ID are updated when manually linking customers, vendors, and employees.

External Team Member Access: External team members can now add notes and linked files to their project to do details and update the status of the project.

New Reporting and Analytics: Two new detailed analytic reports have been added: Revised Contract and Projected Cost Overview Without Tax Using Bill Rates. They can be found in the Overview tab.

Sage Intacct Paperless

Enhanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR): It can now identify invoice detail data such as the purchase order or subcontract, and item description. You can set up your system to enter this data in detail lines automatically, or to open a quicklist where you can review and select the data to enter.

Email Importer Module: This new module lets you import email from Microsoft Outlook and Gmail.

Document Matching: You can now match documents in the core system.

Sage Field Operations

Map View of Assignments: A map that's color-coded based on employee and call type has been added to show assignments for work orders and jobs.
