Sage recently released the updated Sage Customer Support Knowledgebase to provide an improved self-service experience for Sage customers. This came just days after announcing the Inspire Tour. The Inspire Tour somewhat evolved from the Sage Customer Symposium events they did last year. This is a great way to interact with some Sage Team Members as well as get some high level exposure to the Sage products.
Here is a list of the New site features they mentioned:
- Access information and articles with enhanced search and filtering.
- Enjoy a more personalized logon experience, based on the products they use.
- Create an easily accessible "My Products" list, bookmark favorite articles, and save common searches.
- Browse articles by product, version, and more.
- Access the site 24/7 for common off-hours product questions, hints, and tips.
- Easily find tax update links, product news, and popular support articles—in addition to answers to product support questions.
- Share articles by email or social media.
- Read and sort support articles by the most popular or highest rated.
