  1. Attend Sage Summit. Some plans include cost-saving offers to attend Sage Summit, the annual customer conference for Sage ERP customers. Network with Sage employees and other customers to learn more about the products you use every day.
  1. Submit Enhancement ideas and vote. Customer demand drives product development. Have a suggestion or usability idea? Submit your request and review other entries, then vote to influence future roadmaps.

  1. Learn more with SageU. At the online Sage University (SageU), there are hundreds of AnyTime Learning classes, prerecorded sessions, and curriculum intended for new and expert users to help customers improve operational effectiveness.
  1. Familiarize yourself with Sage Knowledgebase. Looking for a resolution or a product tip to help with a tough problem? Access the improved Sage Knowledgebase to search by product and capability across several types of content including blogs and videos.
  1. Network with other users. The online support communities at Sage City are available 24/7. Product support forums are an excellent place to search for solutions, ask questions, get answers, and share knowledge and experience.
