Moving off the Workday Adaptive Planning Integration with Sage Intacct

Now that Halloween and Election Day are behind us, we can address another scary day on the horizon, March 14, 2025. Why is that day so scary? Well, it's the day Workday told us that the Sage Intacct integration with Workday Adaptive Planning is going away. On top of that, you need to have found another option, and the first solution offered is to import the data via flat files. Nothing is scarier to accounting and finance than disruption to their processes, especially during year-end, quarter-end, tax filing and audit seasons plus, the phrase flat file integration inspires zero confidence.

If this is the first time you've heard this, or you are only now starting to investigate your options, there's no need to worry. Workday may be sparse with some of their communications, but as a Workday Adaptive Planner partner, we're here to answer your questions.

So you can plan ahead and avoid any potential disruptions, we have developed an option that will look and feel like the regular pre-built Sage Intacct connectors you have come to know and love. With their extensive experience in both systems, our development team created our Custom Cloud Data Source (CCDS), which uses the original code provided by Workday (with a few tweaks) and the latest Sage Intacct API to improve the speed of your integration.

In order to move smoothly, we are offering a fixed price for almost all Sage Intacct connectors to convert your integration to a CCDS option that will look and feel to your end users just like the pre-built Sage Intacct connector you have come to know and love. Utilizing the newest API, we should be able to improve the speed of your integration in the process, making your whole team happier with the changes.
